Nick Deak was known as the “James Bond of Money” with a life story worthy of the comparison. Click here for the incredible background story of Deak. As a vocal critic of the US dropping the gold standard in 1971, Deak decided to take matters into his own hands with Gold Standard Corporation to produce these limited 1/20th fractional gold coins likely because it is the perfect “five piece” for barter.
Being auctioned is 20, 1/20th vintage Nicholas L. Deak “Denationalization of Sound Money” mint untouched coins still in original factory seals totaling 1 troy ounce of pure gold.
