Incredibly, this Engelhard Industries Inc 50.45oz vintage platinum contract has been preserved since Jun 28th 1971 in original wrapping with wax E Logo Engelhard seal on the front of bar. Due to being over 50 years old the twine wrapping around the bar has worn, however it is clear the package has never been opened. Some speculate that the platinum bar itself bears the same "E" Logo on the center of the bar due to the time period of production but the wrapping has never been opened to find out. Truly an incredible piece of Engelhard History that will be a centerpiece for any astute Engelhard collector.
